A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Samsara Inc. to provide telematics solutions to support fleet management operations.
Amends a contract with Samsara Inc. to add $157,752 for a new contract total of $4,937,197.89 to provide telematics solutions for an additional 100 vehicles to support fleet management operations, citywide. No change to contract duration (DOTI-202055321-03/ DOTI-202367151-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-29-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-18-2023.
