The amendment to DRMC Chapter 59-2 would allow a Temporary Managed Community as a temporary use by zoning permit in all zone districts in the former chapter 59, subject to all applicable limitations, definitions, and procedures of the Denver Zoning Code regarding a Temporary Managed Community use. An associated amendment would update the Denver Zoning Code Section 11.11.17 pertaining to Temporary Tiny Home Villages, renaming the section to Temporary Managed Community and updating the associated regulations; rename and revise the existing definition of Temporary Tiny Home ...
