Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This request is for a Peer-To-Peer Car Share Permit agreement between CarGari LLC (CarGari) and Denver International Airport (DEN). CarGari will operate a peer-to-peer car-sharing platform at DEN to connect airport customers with individual owners engaged in a car-sharing operation. CarGari shall not facilitate shared car transfers to shared car drivers at any locations except those designated by the DEN Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and/or at CarGari's off-airport facilities. CarGari shall remit 10% of gross revenues from transactions to DEN. The revenue projection was established by forecasting 25% year-over-year growth over the term of the agreement. Peer to-Peer Car Sharing is rapidly growing as a preferred choice for customers in lieu of renting cars from legacy car rental companies.
