Approves a use and lease agreement with Southern Airways Express, LLC for rates and charges and through 12-31-2023 to lease 534.6 square feet of space in Concourse C and 56.9 square feet of space at the ticket counter in the Terminal at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202366955). This request is for a non-competitive use and lease agreement between Southern Airways Express, LLC (Southern Airways) and Denver International Airport (DEN). Southern Airways is a new signatory airline at DEN. They will be leasing 534.6 sq. ft. of operations space in Concourse C and a 56.9 sq. ft. ticket counter in the Terminal. This contract will be on the same terms as the majority of the signatory airlines operating at DEN.
