This proposed text amendment to the Denver Zoning Code would modify how Outdoor Gathering Areas (accessory patios) are regulated and permitted. Generally, the text amendment seeks to create patio opportunities for a wider range of business types, streamline the review process, introduce additional design flexibility, provide for administrative adjustments for applications that meet specified criteria and enable rules and regulations (design guidelines) for Outdoor Gathering Area applications that request certain types of regulatory relief.
