Amends Chapter 59 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to allow applicable Former Chapter 59 properties to use regulations provided by the Denver Zoning Code text amendment for Outdoor Gathering Areas, as provided in CB23-0481. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-2-2023.
