A resolution approving a proposed Revival And Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Iron & Metals, Inc. to extend the Term for one year to continue providing containers and removal of scrap metal and any equipment needed in relation to the hauling of scrap metal.
Amends a contract with Iron & Metals, Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 12-20-2023 to continue providing containers and removal of scrap metal and any equipment needed in relation to the hauling of scrap metal. No change to contract amount (GENRL-201843515-02/ GENRL-202367422-02). The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-9-2023.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Iron & Metals, Inc. will provide the service of containers, removal of scrap metal and any equipment needed in relation to the containerization and hauling of the scrap metal. Contractor shall remit payments once per month for the removal of scrap metal sold, and the City requires pricing to be tied to the American Metal Market effect the 1st Monday of each month and pricing will reflect a percentage of the higher listed prices for the Chicago markets.
