Approves the Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Poor Boy Irrevocable Trust to purchase the parcels located at 4801 N. Washington Street and 4815 Washington Street. These parcels are needed for the 48th Avenue Outfall, to provide better drainage in the Globeville neighborhood with the potential to create a community connection to the South Platte River, expand access to green space, and further the community’s goal of a more walkable neighborhood. Both parcels are commercial properties.
