A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Touchstone IQ LLC to continue providing help desk and compliance services for the people managing their building's Energize Denver benchmarking and performance requirements and to increase the number of buildings served, citywide.
Amends a contract with Touchstone IQ LLC by adding $4,020,850 for a new total of $5,622,800 and 3 years for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to continue providing help desk and compliance services for the people managing their building’s Energize Denver benchmarking and performance requirements and to increase the number of buildings served from 3,000 to 9,000, citywide (CASR-202160618-03/ CASR-202368389-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-17-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-14-2023.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Touchstone IQ LLC provides help desk and compliance services for the Energize Denver benchmarking and performance requirements, previously assisting approximately 3,000 buildings in the city. The amendment extends the scope of work to an additional 6,000 buildings, for a total of 9,000 buildings covered by the Energize Denver Ordinance and extends the services through 2026 not that rules and regulations for all parts of the program have been finalized. The services provided are help center management, content and system development for the new performance policy, and a direct technical assistance program serving under-resourced buildings.
