This License Agreement allows the placement, operation, and maintenance of cellular equipment on the tower located at Fire Station 21 at 1580 E Virginia Avenue.
The term is for 10 years with annual increases in license fee. Bond Counsel has approved the license; approval was required because this location was a recipient of bond funding associated with the Elevate Denver bond issuance.
Denver Fire Department and Denver’s Electrical Engineering Bureau have approved the technical drawings and specifications associated with this license.
