This License Agreement allows the placement, operation, and maintenance of cellular equipment on the tower located at Fire Station 29 at 4800 Himalaya Road.
The term is for 10 years with annual increases in license fee. Bond Counsel has approved the license; approval was required because this location was a recipient of bond funding associated with the Elevate Denver bond issuance.
Denver Fire Department and Denver’s Electrical Engineering Bureau have approved the technical drawings and specifications associated with this license.
