A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Inner City Parish, Inc. to continue providing access to healthy, nutritious food to 2,500 youth and hands-on nutrition and cooking classes to 400 youth and their families at various sites.
Amends a grant agreement with Denver Inner City Parish (DICP) by adding $1,271,780.08 for a new total of $2,701,096.90 and one year for a new ending date of 7-31-2024, through the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids initiative, to continue providing access to healthy, nutritious food to 2,500 youth and hands-on nutrition and cooking classes to 400 youth and their families at various sites, in Council District 3 (ENVHL-202368508-03 / 202159248). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-2-2023.
