A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Big Compass LLC for the continual use of on-call services to assist Technology Services with the MuleSoft API platform.
Amends an on-call contract with Big Compass LLC to add $600,000 for a new contract maximum of $1,000,000 for the continued use of on-call services to assist with the MuleSoft API platform.
