Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood District (MHFD) adding $2,400,000 ($2.2 million in CCD funds and $200,000 in UDFCD funds) for a new total of $9,420,570 for trail construction and flood control improvements for South Platte River downstream of Florida Avenue, between Tennessee Avenue and South Platte River Drive Overpass, in Council District 7 (202053889/202473736).
