Amends a contract with Denver Health and Hospital Authority (DHHA) by adding $307,490 for a new total of $891,488 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-25 to provide outreach, harm reduction and treatment support for persons with opioid, methamphetamine and alcohol use disorders through the SUN Co-Responder program, citywide (ENVHL-202476118).
