A resolution approving a proposed Contract between the City and County of Denver and PCL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. concerning construction and construction management services to replace the existing Physical Access Control System (PACS) at Denver International Airport.
Approves a contract with PCL Construction Services Inc. for $72,625,546 and for 815 days to provide construction and construction management services to replace the existing Physical Access Control System (PACS) for all of Denver International Airport (DEN) including physical elements of the system, such as card readers and associated infrastructure, plus associated software, in Council District 11 (PLANE- 202477326). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-21-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-18-2024.
