A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Health and Hospital Authority, to provide medical services in coordination with Denver Human Services Child Welfare.
Amends an Intergovernmental Agreement with Denver Health and Hospital Authority (DHHA) to add $2,974,684.00 for a new total of $4,339,362.00 and add twenty-four months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide medical services in coordination with DHS Child Welfare, citywide (SOCSV-2023-71268-01/SOCSV-2024-75963-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-3-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-29-2025.
