for $543,887.92 for the purchase of one replacement

Amends a sublicense agreement with Athmar Park  
Neighborhood Association Inc. to add five years for a new  
end date of 04-27-2030 for the temporary installation of  
art, placemaking elements, and installation of solar  
lighting in the Tennessee Utility Corridor, in Council  
District 7 (PARKS-202161541-01/PARKS-202578460-01).  
Amends a contract with SEMA CONSTRUCTION, INC. to  
add 365 days for a new term of NTP +1095 Days and add  
special conditions to the contract to allow for project  
close-out on a Work Order by Work Order basis for the  
2023 Emergency Wastewater Repairs. No change to  
contract amount, citywide
