Consent Items
Amends a contract with Renewal Village Housing Corporation which
provided the original loan, to reflect the additional 26 housing vouchers
from the Colorado Division of Housing by lowering the non-congregate
count from 107 to 81 and increasing the supportive housing unit from 108
to 134, in Council District 9. No other changes to the contract
(HOST-202445815/HOST-202366697).
Council Resolution 24-1178 was approved by consent
Approves a contract with MHMP 21 Navajo LLLO for $8,550,000 and 99
years in which the loan will be forgivable providing the property has
maintained compliance and affordability requirements, to construct 190
income-restricted units to be leased at rents affordable to qualifying
households, in Council District 3 (HOST-202475776).
Council Resolution 24-1179 was approved by consent
Amends a contract with Renewal Village Housing Corporation which
provided the original grant funding, to reflect the additional 26 housing
vouchers from the Colorado Division of Housing by lowering the
non-congregate count from 107 to 81 and increasing the supportive
housing unit from 108 to 134, in Council District 9. No other changes to the
contract (HOST-202475690/HOST-202472486).
Council Resolution 24-1180 was approved by consent
Amends a contract with University System of New Hampshire by adding
$24,072 for a new total of $623,174 and 10 months for a new ending date
of 6-30-2025 to continue providing consultation and training for the Denver
START program at Rocky Mountain Human Services benefitting Denver
Residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental
health needs (IDD-MH), citywide (SOCSV21-OCSV2024-75064-01).
Council Resolution 24-1181 was approved by consent
