Action Items
A bill for an ordinance submitting to a vote of the qualified and registered
electors of the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election to
be held in conjunction with the coordinated election of November 5, 2024, a
proposed amendment to the Charter of the City and County of Denver to
provide for binding arbitration in the event of an impasse between parties
in firefighter collective bargaining negotiations and removing references to
advisory-fact finding.
A motion offered by Council member Alvidrez, duly seconded by Vice Chair
Lewis, that Council Bill 24-0907 be approved for filing, carried by the following
