A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to provide support for households formerly experiencing homelessness in ongoing stability beyond the period of subsidized rental assistance and case management, citywide.
Amends a contract with The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) to add $63,750.00 for a new total of $6,512,345 to serve an additional 85 unduplicated households with a total of 225 unduplicated households served in 2026. No change to contract term, citywide (HOST-202582072/HOST-202685790-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-26-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-22-2026.
