Amends an agreement with the Colorado Firefighter Heart, Cancer, and Behavioral Health Benefit Trust to add $1,145,000.00 for a new total of $1,705,000.00 and to add five years for a new end date of 12-31-2031 to continue participation in the Voluntary Cancer Benefit Awards Program, citywide (FINAN-202160002/FINAN-202160002-01).
