A resolution approving a proposed Fourth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to update data sharing language related to supportive housing programs.
Amends a contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to update the language in the program data sharing agreement to allow for better data flow between City and County agencies and the program providers. No change to contract capacity or term, citywide (HOST-202265783/HOST-202683843-04). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-21-2026.
