The Department of Public Health and Environment has entered an agreement with Denver Human Services to expand the Wellness Winnie program by purchasing a sprinter van to provide services in communities of need. This purchase will be authorized for purchase out of fund 14806, and the van will become an asset of DPHE, but the costs will be journaled to DHS per the above-mentioned agreement.
