A bill for an ordinance to amend, restate and supersede Ordinance No. 0819, Series of 2017, as previously amended, restated and superseded by Ordinance No. 0291, Series of 2022, designating the projects to be undertaken and funded with the proceeds of any general obligations bonds authorized by voters at the November 7, 2017 election.
Amends the companion ordinance, Bill 22-0291, to adjust the Elevate Bond project description Purpose 4 from "Police District 6 Station Replacement Building” to "Police District 6 Station Expansion and Renovation". The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-5-2024.
