A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Workday, Inc. for the continued use and support of the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning software.
Amends a contract with Workday, Inc. to add $625,354 for a new total of $23,958,946.80 and add professional services for the continued use and support of the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning software, citywide. No change in contract length (TECHS-202472153-02/TECHS-201523140-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-20-2024.
