A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) concerning the “Tenancy Support Services (TSS) Grant” program and the funding therefor.
Approves a revenue grant agreement with the State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs for $702,000 and a term from 4-1-2024 to 3-31-2025 to provide a portion of tenancy support services to approximately 195 Households who will also be recipients of state housing vouchers in conjunction with the Denver Navigation Campus, citywide (HOST-202473164). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-6-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-3-2024.
