A bill for an ordinance making rescissions from the General Fund, the Capital Improvement Fund, and the Economic Opportunity Special Revenue Fund, to make appropriations and cash transfers in the General Fund and the Capital Improvement Fund, and appropriations in the General Government Special Revenue Fund to support the Border Crisis Special Revenue Fund for costs related to support for asylum seekers.
