Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 City owns land at 2858 Fairfax St, planned as a future park.  PHC owns adjacent parcel to the south at 2848 Fairfax St.  Easements to be granted are: a) Temporary Construction Easement through 8/15/2020 allowing 10’ strip for PHC to complete its construction of building on adjacent parcel; (b) Permanent Easement for underground footings of PHC’s building which encroach slightly into the City’s property; and (c) Permanent Easement for 10’ strip to access PHC’s building for limited times to maintain and repair its building.  This is a companion request with easements to be granted to PHC property at 2868 Fairfax St.
