This first amendment is to extend the contract term two years from the date of execution. This will allow Denver International

Airport (DEN) to maintain a lease of space at DEN to Alclear LLC. The leased space allows Alclear the opportunity to continue their business of providing passenger screening services to airline customers at DEN.
