Approves a concession agreement with WH Smith DEN, LLC, doing business as Market 5280, for rental revenue based on a minimum annual guarantee of $663,000 or percentage compensation of gross revenues at a location on Concourse A at Denver International Airport (202055583). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-1-21.

Denver International Airport (DEN) requested proposals from qualified operators to manage a package of three (3) Travel Convenience locations in the A West and B West Expansions. After submittal and evaluation of responsive proposals, the independent evaluation panel recommended that WH Smith DEN, LLC be selected for direct negotiations. This award was split up into three contracts, due to locations. This contract is for Market 5280 by WH Smith the location will be 1,054 sq. ft., on the A West 3 Subcore.
