Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The purpose of this amendment is for extension and modification of the existing agreement with ALCLEAR, LLC (CLEAR) while allowing DEN to keep all current contract revenue terms. CLEAR is the only company sponsored and approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to operate the Registered Traveler (RT) program, providing membership-only expedited entry to security checkpoints at 36 U.S. Airports. The RT program guidelines are managed under DEN’s Airport's Security Plan (ASP) in Appendix L The DEN Terminal Operations team would like to avoid interruption or changes to the service and the contract Scope of Work (SOW) while DEN continues design and construction to the Great Hall project and possible new Security Checkpoints. The development of the CLEAR brand and business model has created significant revenue both locally and nationwide, which is subsequently shared with DEN through this agreement.
