Type and Scope of services to be performed:  This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) is for study, design and implementation of improvements to the Free MetroRide. The route of the Free MetroRide is from Union Station to Civic Center Station. The IGA serves as RTD’s commitment to work with the City and County of Denver (CCD) to implement improvements for the Free MetroRide. These improvements may include changes to curb line, signal operations and transit operations. This project has the potential to improve travel times and reliability for the Free MetroRide which will help improve the first and last mile connections for transit.
