A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Arvada Pump Co. to continue providing preventative maintenance and repair of irrigation pumps citywide.
Amends an on-call contract with Arvada Pump Co. by adding $300,000 for a new total of $764,000 to continue providing preventative maintenance and repair of irrigation pumps citywide. No change to contract duration (PARKS-202053800-02 / PARKS-202262246-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-10-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-6-2023.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Arvada shall provide service, repair, and replacement parts due to pump failure of various irrigation pump stations, pool pump stations, City-owned water wells, and sewer ejector pumps. Arvada shall also provide routine service, and preventative maintenance on a periodic, prescheduled basis.
