Title: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Running Creek Ranch, LLC to continue to lease on City-owned land near the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) for the purpose of grazing livestock. There is no change to the contract amount (ENVHL-201101017). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-19-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 4-12-17.
