This Second Amendatory Lease Agreement with Denver Health and Hospital Authority is for paramedic dispatchers at 12025 E 45th Ave.

 

Due to economic conditions, the City has agreed to waive base rent for the 12 months of June 2023 through May 2024.  The rent waived for this Adjustment Period equals $159,697.44. Rent payments will resume in June 2024. Operating expenses are not included in this waiver.
