Construction of a bike/pedestrian box culvert underpass for the High Line Canal Trail crossing under Parker Rd and Mississippi Ave. located in the City and County of Denver (north) and Arapahoe County (south). The new underpass will significantly improve the safety and experience of the High Line Canal Trail for pedestrians and cyclists as well as creating a faster/safer pedestrian connection across Parker Road while enhancing traffic operations.
