Land Acquisition Ordinance granting the authority to acquire through negotiated purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of any property interest as needed for the installment of the MILL Levy 18A Traffic Signal Rebuild, including all 4 intersections at the NW corner of W. Kentucky and Morrison Rd,  the SW corner of W. Kentucky and Morrison Rd., the NE corner of W. Kentucky and Morrison Rd, and the SE corner of W. Kentucky and Morrison Rd. and the SE corner of W 44th and Lowell Blvd. These Intersection Improvement Projects (“Project”) have a total of 5 parcels (2-Permenant Easements and 3-Temporary Easement’s).  

 

This includes easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, permits and other appurtenances as part of the Project.
