The City and County of Denver has signed an amendment to an agreement with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) to jointly fund drainage and flood control improvements for the Sanderson Gulch - Lipan Street to South Platte River project. Estimated costs for these improvements are approximately $10,000,000. UDFCD previously contributed $800,000 towards this project. This ordinance request seeks to appropriate UDFCD's additional $1,000,000 contribution into org 5061102, fund 72701, project PH725 for use towards the project. Fund 72701 was created to administer project contributions from UDFCD. An additional $7,050,000 related to this project is being funded by the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster...
