A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment and Modification Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Renewal Village Housing Corporation to amend the use restrictions to reflect the additional 26 housing vouchers from the Colorado Division of Housing by lowering the non-congregate shelter unit count from 107 to 81 and increasing the affordable housing unit count from 108 to 134, in Council District 9.

No other changes to the contract (HOST-202445815/HOST-202366697). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-14-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-18-2024.
