Amends Article XII of Chapter 18 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to clarify procedures and legal requirements, remove obsolete language, and ensure uniformity of the terms of the city employee retirement plan, citywide. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-31-2023.
