Amends a contract between the Department of Housing Stability (HOST) and the Dream Center Denver to add $693,000.00 for a new total of $1,093,000.00 and 9 months for a new end date of 12-31-2025 for the purpose of Outreach to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Downtown Denver, Ballpark and Capitol Hill Communities, in Council Districts 9 & 10 (HOST-202476714-01/HOST-202579018-01).
