Amends a use and lease agreement with Great Lakes Aviation, LTD by adding two additional one-year periods for a new end date of 12-31-18, and at a rate of $376,000 annual revenue to operate and provide service at Denver International Airport (201205592-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-21-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-20-16.
