Title: A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for the area bounded by 17th Avenue, Lowell Boulevard, 16th Avenue, Newton Street & 1570, 1572, 1576, 1578, 1580, 1584, 1586, 1590, 1592 Meade Street in West Colfax.
