Type and Scope of services to be performed: Original contract (201523631) and first amendment total is $1,600,000; this amendment will add $1,000,000 in funding to the Sanderson Gulch project.  These funds will be held by Urban Drainage and used for design until design is complete.  Any remaining funds will be remitted to the City for construction costs.  The City will provide matching funds of $7,400,000 to bring maximum project cost to $10,000,000. Agreement will fund final design, Right-of-way Acquisition and drainage and flood control improvements along Sanderson Gulch, Lipan St to the South Platte River.
