A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Alpine Disposal, Inc., for Denver Arts & Venues trash, recycling, and composting services.
Approves a three-year contract with Alpine Holdings, Inc. in the amount of $750,000 for waste management and recycling services for all Denver Center for the Performing Arts venues and Red Rocks Amphitheater (THTRS-201840339-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-9-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-14-18.

This resolution will approve a NEW contract for the Denver Arts & Venues Waste & Recycling at all DPAC venues. The venues in question are in Council District 9 (DPAC venues), and Red Rocks. The contract is for three years and the contractual total will be $750,000.00. There is an advertising portion to this agreement that will generate $81,000 in sponsorship revenue over the lifetime of the contract.
