Title: A resolution approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Tyler Technologies, Inc. to extend the term, increase the contract maximum amount and incorporate pricing exhibit to provide annual software maintenance for the CAMA and OASIS systems.
