A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amended Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Human Services concerning the "Substance Use Navigator Co-Responder" program and the funding therefor.
Amends a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services by adding $369,075 for a new total of $778,940 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-20 to implement the Substance Use Navigator-Co-Responder Services program to prevent unnecessary incarceration and hospitalization of persons with substance use and mental health disorders, citywide (ENVHL-201841994-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-15-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-12-19.
