Amends a non-financial license agreement with GKZ, Inc. for access and maintenance of Chief Hosa Road in Genesee Park, which serves as the sole access to the property at 26012 Chief Hosa Road in Jefferson County, by conveying right or title to the Gordon Zellner 2020 Irrevocable Trust and updating the exhibits (202055378).
