The Clerk and Recorder is mandated to redact online records and images containing certain personally identifiable information in accordance with state statutes. This bill request authorizes the establishment of the "Redaction Services" Special Revenue Fund in the General Government Special Revenue Fund Series to administer this project. This Fund, with Fund number 11883, will be administered by the Clerk and Recorder and will be a revenue-based, non-lapsing fund.
